Called Sheerwater branch (woking) they have 1 left but refused to reserve. Not bothered to visit though. Called Farnborough and the staff asked me the price before checking the stock, turns out he gave me a cheeky smile and said no to the stock. Guess what will happen!

Longwell Green appeared to have six Touch models but the long haired spotty oik on the service counter cleared all of the boxes and said they had none in stock but he wasn't very convincing. He said they had Nanos in stock.

Go for the Fiio X1 in a later post if you just want good music quality

Went to Asda Walsall centre, they had dvd case for silver touch and stated £60 on the label on shelf( not marked discount just £60 label) The black one had marked discount but only to something like £140. Surprise surprise, none at all in stock when they "looked!" Worth a try so TY OP

​I too use the i9000, even better when rooted with voodoo installed.

The iPod touch 6th gen is ultra light and. Very thin, with a great camera (almost the same as the iPhone 6 or even 6s I think). I have one that I don't use that often but is very handy if out and about for the day.
16gb is very low though, (I have a 64gb), but if that is okay. For you this is a great deal

Well I assure you iPod has absolutely nothing to do with the word "good audio quality", if light weight and "real" good audio quality is what you need, I assure you there are better options for similar or even lower price!

Managed to get 2 one for a friends daughter and one for my son late last night, rang 50 stores for an iPad for myself no look at all. Sheerwater had one left at 8pm last night I collected and another was half hour away which they reserved. Staff are hiding them for themselves as one woman told me we did have some but they've been moved and she can't find them then I called an hour later to be told they were sold

Voted cold . Phoned Clapham Junction, Roehampton, Wallington and Battersea Kingston and none have stock . When the staff can be bothered to answer the phones I get the "end of line " line never got any in mate . In another store a lady seemed to have to ask someone else what an ipod was as her grasp of the English language was rather poor . Then another store said only deal is an iPod down from £159 to £143 ...

Why have one rather than a phone, because our 11 yo wont be having a phone yet, and if you want access to apply music family sharing you need one of these puppies!

When you go into your local Asda just keep checking, they did the same thing with iPod touch 5th gen last year, I asked every time I went in for 3 week at my local dewsbury store and in the end it paid off they had just got another 3 in stock
