I've got it in my head to not buy 128GB for more than £30 and not to buy 240GB for more than £45.
Not sure where it came from but can't see myself buying anytime soon :disappointed:

I'm wondering how much confidence that might inspire.

Okay. But where do you think the drive itself is made?

Absolutely no chance. The pound is nosediving - once current inventory runs out prices will rocket.

Then you have to wait until Black Friday or some other similar day.
Last year 240GB SanDisk and Crucial were as low as £40.
The £ is in free fall, prices are increasing.

wait for Christmas.
Last year there were a lot of SSD deals around Christmas. Some 240G for £40.

Same here. I got a san disk 240 ssd for my ps3 @ £40 from amazon quite a few months ago. At the current prices of ssd's I will wait until the hard drive on my lap top cops it. Can't say I'm not tempted but got many other things to think about price wise as concerns tech and video games at present.

Use Flubit to see if they can get it down to your £45 target, you never know... If your with student prime you get £2.65 off.
Wait until Black Friday it's not that far off. SSD prices have stagnated yet again, so wait if you can.

That's the problem they are warning that prices are increasing and by the time Black Friday gets here I can't see the massive savings like last year but it's always a gamble with anything electrical.
Heat added, nice find op.

It's not that it's an electrical, it's that it's an import product. Everything we import will go up and up in price now.

With the £ continuing to tumble don't expect great deals anytime soon.
