Get the balance you can improve on supermarket houmous everytime (even though it's one of the better supermarket products you can buy).
Not sure how you're making a mess though? Garlic, 3 desert spoons tahini, salt, teaspoon oil, water to taste, tin of chickpeas (or cooked), half a lemon, paprika... in a blender.. swizz and serve!
