I bought this as a first stocking filler (Christmas seems so close now October is here) and thought it a good price for that if you are already making an order from Amazon.

I'm not an Amazon Prime member and having ordered yesterday morning, mine arrived this morning - I live on the edge of the Scottish Highlands. No complaints. The best before date is in a year and although there are no cherries, there are no 'no cherries' stickers either and the box artwork doesn't show or mention cherries so unless they suddenly got a cherry delivery and plan to go revert to the original selection. this wasn't a clearance requirement.
Never again! When my last lot arrived I hadn't read it correctly expecting larger bars. It's basically one smallish bar of chocolate with tiddly tiny ones - which look like free samples. The retail price is a joke. No thanks. They must make a f. fortune on these!
COLD!

So, have I got this right?
You didn't read the description properly so it was a bad deal?
It says on the box that it is a 'tasting collection'. Even so, the net weight tells you how much chocolate you were going to get; how big did you expect 25 bars of chocolate to be that weighed a total of 395g?

Err, they actually sell these bars ridiculously overpriced at around 70 pence each in supermarkets I think.
It's almost 400 grams for £5.50. So actually it's a perfectly decent price for reasonably decent chocolate, and a good price for Green & Black as well.
It works out £1.39 for 100 grams. That'd be a decent price for a Green & Blacks 100 gram bar, which normally retails for more than that. So it's a decent deal even for normal consumption, let alone something you can give as a gift.

The ones in tesco don't even have the cherry flavour on the box anymore, I think they must have stopped it

When you place the first S&S order for this price, say it gets delivered in 3 weeks, do I get charged today's price (£5.22) or the price that is on the website in 3 weeks?

Last time I ordered these they came with sticker saying we're short of cherries so you've got twice as many dark chocolate. Not impressed!

Tried to subscribe&save with 5 items to get the 15% off, but there's a maximum order of 4 :disappointed: Has anyone had this issue? Am assuming its due to stock levels...
