How did you get the £30 off £100 voucher to work with just a new email address as an existing customer?

Whenever I try this it tells me the voucher code is not valid as some of my details match those of an existing customer.

I used the £30 off voucher and got an extra £5 voucher for opting out of marketing and then opting back in via a link on the home page so paid £67 for 3 bottles. Just waiting for Quidco to track which should be another £6 making it £20.33 per bottle which is a bargain :smiley:

​I just set up a new email account then signed up to acado using my new email & it gave me the option of using my paypal account & was good to go only thing i noticed was if i type waitrose thro google the £30 link came up but typing ocado £20 code came up but that shouldn't make a difference.I have used Ocado 3 times in 2 years as a new customer no probs just a different email, could try a diff phone number or if ur hse number is 27 try 27a

Awesome! Love my single malt (even the wife loves it) so this will go down a treat. £30 off as 1st customer and using that voucher plus TCB hopefully so 3 bottles on the way. Can't go wrong for around £23 a bottle (half price compared to most websites!!!). We normally love Balvenie Doublewood and this sounds similar and hopefully much better! Cheers OP!!!

I tried to get the £5 marketing discount but went looking for it in the voucher area of my account instead of paying attention to what Madchester said; "It appears on screen after clicking link on homescreen".
I tried to edit the order to apply it retrospectively but couldn't see a way to do so but at least I have it for a future purchase.

PS. My initial early delivery dates were showing 'out of stock' but I selected a later date and the order went through then. I guess after there restock order turns up, so don't give up.

Has anyone not received the whisky due to it not being in stock?

That's my one concern as mine isn't coming till the weekend, as when I ordered it, I had to have it delivered after Wednesday (tomorrow) as it wasn't available before then.

My order turned up 15 minutes ago as promised between 7-8pm.
Just tried a nip and i like it.
