Got it via Flubit for just over £30.23 when Amazon price was at £35 two weeks ago. It was with The Game Collection though. You can check the reviews left for seller on the offer page.

I preordered this at £36.85 aaaaaages ago fro Simply Games, without even knowing about the additional game codes, it arrived on Friday, days before release date, and I sold the Gears 1,2,3&Judgement codes for 14.50,as I already had them, thus making GOW4 £22.35.... BARGAIN!!!

Cant see how this can be a genuine item for sale at that price, you'll be covered by Paypal protection but you'll be waiting a while for your money back.

I got the gears Xbox one console last Friday just because I love the look of it. Not the biggest fan of the gears game. Played it Friday night at 10 pm and tried a mode called horde (online). 5 hours later I was still playing it. Surprisingly hooked. Since played the single player campaign which seems good so far. Love to see what it looks like in HDR on a decent new TV.

You're confusing old & new offers. Gears Of War: Ultimate Edition came with codes to download the original games as a preorder bonus and that has indeed expired.
Now another offer has come with Gears of War 4 in that *everyone* who buys and plays Gears of War 4 by 23:59 GMT on Saturday, 31 December, 2016 will again get the Xbox 360 Gears of War collection, playable on Xbox One.
