GAP don't accept gift cards online.
So if anyone has a gift card, I was informed by live chat that you can buy with your credit card now online. Then give your gift card instore where you can re-purchase the item and they'll pricematch which includes the online sale discount.

Can anyone confirm that GAP isnt garbage? I got 2 pairs of Gap jeans in June. Decent fit. But, at the top of the back pockets (where each corner of the pocket... 4 in total) failed within 5 weeks. Starts to "come away" where the pocked connects to the ass.
The funny thing is, that I don't use my back pockets. It is like, they have made the jeans so thin, that they cannot sustain their own weight, and require the additional pocket seams to bare the weight.
As a result, the top seams of those pockets, pull on the ass part, which is thinner than a students rollup and eventually just rips

Hi,
I dont use their jeans but I do everything else( maternity, socks, jumpers, t-shirts, trousers,etc)
Even my two little ones' clothes are only GAP and I think it ks excellent quality. I keep washing them, even the little one got some leftover from his brother and even thousands of washing for months, some of them for years there is no fault in it. It might be a one off or you may wish to take it back to the shop. Im sure they would exchnage it
