These are amazing.. Had them at a mates recently..

100% Fresh pork medallions from the extra-special range. Fully filleted.

Your article stated the term "sweating like a pig" is a myth. That pigs do not sweat but due to their body heat water molecules in the surrounding area build up on their skin.

If they retained toxins, they'd get very ill. They just use their liver and kidneys like most other animals.

I think they're made from healthier pigs to start with. No chemicals or hormones used at all. And it's prime cuts with no rind.

They're slices of pork fillet - not a burger. Buy a whole fillet, stuff it and roast it.

These usually come as a pack of six, and you'd have to have tiny buns to make burgers!

They do indeed, but don't forget, these are from the 'extra special' range, meaning premium quality lean cuts rather than scraps of meat/rind/cartilage.

Again the burger size would represent a quality burger like you get in Michelin star restaurants rather than McDonald's.. Harrod's do small extra small buns in their Artisan bakery..
