Basically same story here, ordered a Turtle Beach X07 for my Xbone, they said 1-2 weeks for stock, 2 months went by, nothing, replied once with an automated 'we will email you upon dispatch' message, ignored my several emails to customer service, called and got told the order would arrive with 5 days, another month and they eventually cancelled it without telling me for 2 weeks, and I had to wait 10 more days for the money to go back into my bank

Decent prices most the time, atrocious company, awful, just pick up a copy on eBay, for the same price, new, sealed.
