ElectriQ's address is the same as the Appliances Direct east midlands store. I therefore wonder if ElectriQ is Appliances/TV Direct's own brand?
Mad price even for a non-main brand 55" 4K tv.

Just because its a Samsung panel doesn't mean anything, i have a 23 inch TV in the kitchen its 1080p and has a samsung panel and the picture is rubbish cheap means rubbish.

You're hardly an expert then. Just a tiny rubbish TV user. I'd suggest you keep your judgements to yourself.

You are possibly wasting your time on this site then if cheap means rubbish. Besides, I doubt you can label all Samsung panels past and present as rubbish on the basis you got a faulty one and decided to keep it rather than exchange it. I still can't find a similar standard TV for a cheaper price than this, if anyone does... let us all know so we can save more money

Don't buy it if you are likely to change your mind lol

Beware, this retailer charges a 25% restocking fee if you want to return the TV because you changed your mind and you also have to pay return postage.

Might be a genuine Samsung panel but it might be a panel that Samsung have graded, this may not happen but with the old CRT's a manufacturer would sell off the slightly poorer performing CRT's as grade b and some budget TV maker would use them. I'm sure the same thing still applies with LCD panels, so it might be identical to another Samsung panel, it also might not.
Very little detail there though.
Seems like they prefer to sell through Amazon, Tesco, Appliances direct, Aircon direct, Laptops direct, Debenhams plus and BHS (online only of course)

never heard of that company but if it's all genuine and the TV is decent, then
Does this have full HDR? What is the back light on it compared to the 55" LG 4K? I've just purchased this one and if it's better I'll cancel my LG and order this
