Has anyone called EE and got any offers as we are coming to an end...?

For those of you that have not received vouchers check your inboxes or junk folders for email from gift cloud. Mine was sent on the 18th January 2017 and I check my emails everyday , somehow I missed this one. The gift voucher link is valid for 3 months to obtain the Amazon code.

I doubt it. We all agreed to RPI increase when we took out the contract.

Did anyone else receive an email regarding price increase due to Retail Price Index (RPI) ...???

Its not a lot around £0.50 but just wants to know if anyone read the email and also if there is a way of avoiding it... ???

Ask Amazon, sometimes they allow you to transfer.
Just checked my email, it was received yesterday.

I have now over £390 in amazon vouchers, £15.75 tcb, £300 from etihad, £70 from this EE deal.
So for £20 x 12 = £240/12- £70 = £14.17 a month!

I doubt you can transfer them between accounts, but you might be able to use them to buy another voucher to apply to your wifes account. MIGHT though...

Why not just apply them to her account now?

if I add the amazon voucher to my amazon account, but later can i transfer to different account like my partners one?

No only the £55 Amazon vouchers, no news about cashback, assume it will be declined

how did you manage to get 20GB Data when the posted deal is for 16GB Data...?

Got mine too....but I'm on unlimited mons texts and 20gb data with 3 months BT sport and 6 months apple music and also now a £70 amazon voucher.....happy days

My Amazon vouchers have come through by e-mail this morning.

One for £55 and one for £70.

E-mail was from [email protected]giftcloud.com

Added to Amazon balance fine.

There were two codes. one for new customers and one for existing customers taking out a second contract.

You got £70 for the first then £55 for the second.

I did the same.

Received a response to my e-mail this morning saying my details will be sent over to Giftcloud on Wednesday afternoon, and to allow a further five working days for the codes.

just email them too. I am still waiting from TBC website to respond to my declined cashback.

my cashback of £45 (TCB) has been declined, f*ckers let see if I do get the Amazon vouchers soon. I have filled the claim about the TCB cashback, let see what kind of excuses they will provide.

I found out from an ex colleague that it was to be automatic - if you haven't heard from them by 3 months email [email protected]voucherwindow.com

The process is that EE send the list of customer emails to gift cloud weekly every Wednesday afternoon or something apparently and then within 5 days of the Wednesday load, the voucher gets emailed

I reckon your going to have to chase up that amazon voucher, been hearing stories. I don't think ee is just going to send out the amazon voucher easily without giving some sort of headache

My latest Bill makes no sense. I'm going to call them later.

I have two lines with them.

Bill should be £19.99 + £16.49 = £36.48.

My bill is £59.74.

First months bill was £19.99.

There is an extra £6 for data roaming which I understand. but seems like the extra line isn't discounted.

that's pretty quick considering some retailers have a wait time of over 20+ weeks

just spoke to someone else on another post deal their cashback tracked just below £90

can vary with each user, it can take anything from 1-3 months, it depends on how quick topcashback get paid,by the retailer

No one on this forum has their cashback yet so how in your case been paid already?

Yes indeed got the £68 cash back, first tracked at £45.

Tracks at lower amount, but then changes in a few days.

mine tracked at £68 48 hours after ordering, so just waiting now to see if it gets paid,
if it does great if it doesn't no loss, still have the amazon vouchers when they arrive.
