If anyone is put off by the cheap price... I purchased this wardrobe a week ago and it really is worth every penny. Very well made. Not too hard to put together and big enough for a couple.
Considering how expensive furniture can be, this is an amazing price for a "cheap" wardrobe.
Only thing we did was buy different handles.

This is a great buy if you like near an ikea. if you don't like I do, you'll have to pay £35 delivery. which in total is still be a good price for a large wardrobe, but I loathe paying such excessive delivery costs.
make friends with someone with a car/van that will take 185cm box.
boothy999 to laurathom19

Do they then pick the van up from your house or do you have to drive it all the way back to Ikea?

£25 delivery if you pick your own stock and take it on a trolley to checkout.
We purchased 4 items and were happy to pay the delivery charge considering what we paid. Plus it arrived at 8am the following day. (Purchased at 3pm ish on a Sunday)
Excellent service in my opinion.

I didn't have any problem in fitting it in my Mondeo's boot. I had to fold rear seats that's all. Hope it helps.

This is on all of IKEA's furniture or at least everything I have seen. I believe it is a H&S thing to do with toddlers maybe standing on drawers or pulling doors and tipping it over.
None of my stuff is fixed and it's very sturdy. It even says I have to fix a 70cm chest of drawers to the wall.
Hope that helps

We have this in our spare room, it isn't fixed to the wall and have had no issues with it. I don't recall what we paid but that that price it's a total bargain. Great wardrobe. Very sturdy if put together well.

By any chance is there some thing smaller like not 3 doors maybe a single or chest of drawers, I've had my eye but this is too big for me
A quick word of warning - these things can sell out on busy days so make sure you get in early if you don't want a wasted trip.

Looks decent.
The instructions (no. 17) show a photo of a bracket fixing the top of the wardrobe to the wall. The photo just shows a screw going into the wall! Doubt it'll be that easy depending on wall type, services, etc. Anyway I guess most will leave out but I guess it's there to manage the risk the thing topples over!

I was renting a room a couple years back which had this wardrobe. It's nice and spacious. Only concern I had was the handle bars, they're quite cheap and they'll fall apart with some force. It turned out that a previous occupant of the room had broken one of the handle bars and mended it back together using superglue, without me knowing. The inevitable happened where I broke the same handle bar with a bit of force... so then it was my turn to use superglue to mend it back together again lol. Cool story bro?

the same is available in wood "Oak" finish for another 10 pounds, worth a look if you are planning to buy...
can confirm it is quite sturdy and not so cheap looking as well, as long as you just change the flimsy cheap looking handles

I have the same wardrobe in oak effect finish and it's great. As someone says above change the handles if you feel like as that is the only thing which lets it down.
And it should fit into any vehicle with fold down rear seats. I managed to fit this into my Citroen C2 (rear seats and passenger seat folded and the box was sitting on the top of the dashboard but it did fit

I fitted mine in a punto 3 door, lasted me well for 5 years in my rental so not attached to wall either and the next tenant bought it from me too (saved breaking it up to remove). Did have a handle break though, I just contacted IKEA and got a replacement sent out
