Thanks OP. You have saved me money. My original booking of 4 days in Paris for 2 came to £147. I was just in the middle of booking that and pay £147 before something told me to check on here. I have now changed my Paris trip to just a day visito and stay longer in Amsterdam instead. Thanks again.

Found loads for November at £19.50 each return, just click through the link. Lille xmas market starts on 25th November, so could go for that. I am so tempted to book, but going to Budapest at beginning of December, so not sure!!! Great find op.

These are good prices, a point of course, unless you have Euros is that's much more expensive then it was a 5 months ago!
On top of that, Paris has really degenerated a lot of over the last few years. I was just at a low C02 meeting and they have some interesting plans for transport and a new far reaching train line to try and reinvigorate the place.
Good place to visit is the catacombs, I thought they were quite unique!
If you can go before winter sets in, walking the Monmarte area is not only free but really pretty (if you don't mind steps).
Sainte-Chapelle is much better then Notre Dame if you want to see an amazing church.

A tip- if you are flexible with times, check out snap.eurostar.com
You select the dates you want to travel and are given prices for either am or pm. Once you've confirmed, you will be allocated a train based on how many empty seats there are.
If you're lucky you can get a return for less than £50

The SNCF (French Railways) site is showing cheap fares from London to Paris as well, with discounts for seniors and children. Might be worth a look - the site says there's a Flash Sale coming soon, too. https://uk.voyages-sncf.com/en/destination/france/paris-region#/

Can you book kids on this offer - they seem to come up loads more expensive (eg adult fare £19.50 single and then kids £59.50 each way)? Would they allow you to book as 3 adults rather than 1 adult and 2 kids?

Well they provide a colour coded calendar to help you spot days when "high availablity" or otherwise, and right now MOST days to Paris are in that "high" category, and just choosing one day late Nov it showed 4 £19.50 out and 6 £19.50 back for me, so does seem like the offers real.
