4K on Netflix is not really comparable to a decent 4k Blu-ray. Not enough bitrate and too heavily compressed. I have fiber broadband and to my eye its often not up to regular Blu-ray standard, let alone 4K.
For those of you wanting to try this just to see what the format is like, don't bother. Like many early 4K releases this one is upscaled from something very similar to the standard Blu-ray resolution. Having watched several of these in the past few weeks, there really is very little difference in picture quality to a normal Blu-ray, even with HDR. If you want to sample what the format can do get something like The Revenant which is native 4K and absolutely stunning on a decent UHD TV, watch it then sell it on.

1) 4K disc will be vastly superior to Netflix 4K even on the quickest connections.
2) Lots of people like to have a film collection, especially with box cover artwork/steel books/boxsets.
3) You can't resell your Netflix subscription to make back some of your outlay (or in this case profit), after watching it.

all gone on argos ebay site but surely they got plenty on argos online. Well, I now need the player , lol. Anyone can address me for the best xbox S bargain??

here we go, wondering what will happen to his feedbacks if argos will not honour his 100's of copies he just purchased. Also confirming it does include the bluray copy. The downside is that argos might look in to the big orders and cancel all:

Sort of on topic, anybody here got an Xbox One S yet? What's the fan noise like?
Always been put off using consoles as movie players in the past as they make too much background noise.
ST3123 to ro53ben
14 Oct 16#27
I have one, virtually silent to me, slight noise if you are close to it, from normal seating position though virtually undetectable. Bit of drive noise when the drive spins up e.g. after putting a game or bluray in but settles down quickly. I'd rate it as way quieter than my PS4 (though it is a launch model so noisier than the newer ones) and comparable to the original Xbox One, possibly a little quieter but more or less the same.
Some people have reported noisy Xbox One S systems but i suspect they may have been a bad batch as I haven't found it noisy at all.

At last, a 4K bluray that is actually affordable, though obviously a misprice. Still here's hoping they honour all the orders, that way I will finally have a 4K bluray for my Xbox One S.

I agree with you but if the master format is as an example 2k or just anything on any 4k film, would you say that the actual transfer on the disc might also be compressed a little bit further?? you see, they always mention what the original and the master format it is but not what is on the actual final disc apart from saying it is a 4k disc which does not always assure the highest quality

No you are right. It is a 4K disc and outputs full 4K video. That's not the issue. The issue is that many of these films were not shot in 4K and even some that are end up being finished in a 2K master (basically 1080p) for standard Blu-rays. These titles don't have the extra detail you get from 4K to start with so even though they are upscaled to 4K you don't get much benefit, there really is very little difference from the standard disc. Look for titles that were mastered in full 4K to get the full fat 4K experience.

All UV codes are linked to myuv.com and share with all services linked to it so sign up there first. flixster redeems as UHD quality on this title, Deadpool UV however redeemed in HD, Flixster has the biggest compatibility for UV codes so I always use them to redeem my codes and have the other services (flixster including talktalk tv and wuaki) linked to Myuv for watching on compatible devices that don't support flixster.
