My dentist told me to use this toothpaste and mouthwash as part of a treatment for gum recession. Can take a while to get used to the strong lingering aftertaste

Don't mind the mouthwash, but the paste made me heavy...Would never get used to that....lol

BUT will never try the toothpaste ever again even if it was free.
It's absolutely disgusting....
