Is it made from 300% organic coconut , cold pressed by Tibetan monks and mixed with the tears of saints , then filtered through angels knickers ? If not its gonna be voted cold by the coconut elite .

Thanks, I'll get some for my pet coconut.

to be fair, it's benefits over other oils are lost without cold press.

Can you please link to any website that shows scientific evidence for this? I mean one that isn't selling ultra expensive 'virgin' oil?
Coconut oil is unique because of it's fatty acid profile. This is exactly the same in refined oils. If you want the difference between refined and unrefined oil then eat a 1" square of fresh coconut, which will give you all the benefits of virgin unrefined oil PLUS lots of other organic elements that are lost in ANY oil production.
Its a must for allya fat peeps because of all it's lauric acids and the increased metabolism. Basically what comes in must come out. Kernel palm oil is another one to look for.

It will freeze in your hair. It is only liquid at high temperature like in Indian summer.

Mickey, it's just the coconut oil itself being absorbed differently, for the rest of the food business as usual.

Coconut oil is not good for cooking as it is full of saturated fat like butter. Best is pure olive oil.

Disagree. Not all saturated fat is bad.

Is this stuff actually the same as some of the more expensive stuff? Seems like a huge difference in price, is the difference really just branding?
