Sorry for the delayed response Wendy. After reading through the T&C's, I can see that the gift cards can be used at the build-a-bear factory workshops or online.
"Your Cub Cash® gift e-card can be redeemed for merchandise at participating Build-A-Bear Workshop® locations in the United Kingdom or online at http://www.buildabear.co.uk."
I would suggest contacting your chosen store just to make sure that they are indeed a 'participating location'.

Just got off the phone to Costco, who rang through to a Build-a-Bear rep. According to them they don't have any expiration date and they do not lose value at all until the funds are depleted (spent). Quite surprising really, as unlike the majority of other gift cards that either have an expiry date and/or a limited time to spend the remaining funds after first use, this seems open ended.
Always worth paying due-dil and contacting Build-a-Bear or Costco to make sure before purchasing, but this is what they have just told me. :stuck_out_tongue: Hope this helps.
