shouldn't really be an issue as TCB is advertising the cashback as well as the giftcard.
SIMO 15GB Plan Exclusive Offer £91.00
£20 a month for unlimited mins, 15gb of data and unlimited texts (£25 if you are not in a BT household). Plus get an up to £80 itunes card.
SIMO 2GB Plan Exclusive Offer £65.00
£10 for 500 min calls, 2GB of data and unlimited texts (£15 if you are not in a BT household until 28th April). Plus get an up to £80 itunes card.
SIMO 500 MB Plan Exclusive Offer £39.00
£5 a month for 200 mins, 500mb of data and unlimited texts (£10 if you are not in a BT household). Plus get an up to £80 itunes card.
i've request my cashback cards, which have updated to DISPATCHED. TCB cashback will only be confirmed in 4 weeks time, but as said numerous times before, it's not guaranteed

I ordered TV/BB/Phone then on the day after activation last month they were doing their 2gb tariff with double data (so 4gb) for £10 a month with £50 TCB and £60 amazon gift card.
My £125 BT mastercard turned up last week for my BB and my Amazon giftcard claim was accepted 3 weeks ago. I've got another 2 weeks until I can start chasing it up.
BT now have a dedicated form to fill out to chase your overdue giftcards.

seems to vary from person to person had trouble with my gift card but phoned them up and they sent it within a couple of days then the 1st one arrived so ended up with 2 gift cards.on the other hand the service by me is a bit hit and miss and the BT wi fi is a bit of a joke as well.

I'd advise anyone to check online about gift card payouts. seems to be a chronic problem. and yes, I haven't had mine!

We signed up with BT broadband and it took a few months for the free gift card to turn up for that. Tink they leave it a few months to make sure you don't cancel it etc

It took me months of endless chasing to get my Amazon voucher, dealing with incompetence, indifference and downright lies. I only kept going because I was determined on principle not to let them **** me over.
Never again, just not worth the hassle IMO.

For existing BT customers, at £16pcm for 12 months, this deal does look very good.
£73.50 through Topcashback
£90 Amazon/iTunes voucher to claim once sim is activated
BT Sports
Cost over the year of £28.50, taking voucher and TSB into account? Pretty tempting, even for someone like me, who has been using a "brick" PAYG Nokia spending ~£10 per year!

Same here, have never been sent my £40 voucher for taking our BT mobile with the tv, line rental and broadband in August.
They said the offer was not valid on the date i purchased it, which is a downright lie.

Anyone use Bt phone SIM? Or contacts are up just after year but we don't need new phones. We're already on Bt internet.
Thanks in advance

I've been on by mobile for well over a year now and the service is pretty good. Network coverage is pretty good as it uses EEs network. Would devise to get it tbh if you have bt broadband. I'm on 4gb data, unlimited texts, 500 mins for £10 a month + bt sport + bt wifi.

I signed up for this when it first came out. Network coverage is excellent and tethering is allowed. No problem claiming the voucher - but you do have to make a claim - it's not automatic. If you're a BT customer and get the extra £5 discount then it's a really good deal.

Lowest you can cap your spending to on these BT sims after your included contract bundle is £5 so if you use a lot of data, you might want to watch it. They tend to send out texts when you're getting close though. I bought another bundle and really wish they'd make it a zero cap.
Also, they wouldn't honor the voucher as I had already claimed cashback. That was a few months ago, and with a lower package.

The deals are good but the signal is pants, London and Edinburgh. Won't even give me a box to sort out.
