Brita Maxtra filter cartridges 4 pack for only £6.00 in store at Asda, only £1.50 each, cheapest I have seen them for a long time ! They were on the main shelf and in the cardboard display along with the jug at £10. Still showing as £16 on line.

Dumb question coming up but do these cartridges also fit the brita filter kettles or are they different? Not sure if these are specific for the water jugs or if they come in one size for jugs and kettles...

All the kettles I have looked at take the Maxtra cartridge so yes they do fit.

Home bargains are selling knock-off versions to fit maxtra and optima jugs.
£3.99 for four.
Not sure what's in them though, sand probably!

Anything under £2 p/cartridge is always hot so this should be scorching - if available nationally
