I've been watching this and just sent a stock alert to say it is available again.
Seems to be a very good price for this model, which appears to be middle of the range with dishwasher safe removable parts.
The black model is double the price at Tesco

Picked up ours tonight and after what is a fair bit messing about setting it up etc. I've got to say I'm really quite impressed (I had been a bit dismissive when my kids first badgered me about getting one), we've bought a few packs at supermarket prices to keep us going (around the £5 for 8/16 mark) as none are included with the Tassimo which is a bit measily
I had a Costa Latte and it was very nice indeed

Between 20p and 25p. Often discount codes to get them from Tassimo direct. Just got 8 packs of 16 for 28 quid delivered using 20% off code but there is a 30% code on here I saw after ordering.

Surely that is just in your opinion? And surely a true coffee lover would not touch a pod machine and would be using a real espresso machine and grinding their own beans?
I sold my tassimo and bought an automatic bean to cup machine. My wife prefers the tassimo machines as unless you use fresh beans it was not as consistent at the amount of coffees we drink which is not that many to be honest.
Plus most nespresso machines are double the price. Though those compatible pods you linked to are a good price. I assume they are small shot esspresso size? I prefer a mug of coffee myself so the new xl serving tassimo are perfect for me.
surely this cant be cost effective. whats wrong with a kettle and tea bags etc

Nothing, if you want a cup of tea! However, if you want a fresh brewed coffee, then I'm down to 0.14p a Pod.

These are very good, you can remove the drip tray and it will fit with any Latte glass from Tesco/Asda/IKEA etc....
Basically a newer version of the Suny, which I bought over a year ago - still gets used on most days.

if they have sold out it's worth setting up a stock check like I did.... in my case they were in stock within 3 days and I was immediately notified by email.

I've got the black one. very happy with it. Only annoyance is they no longer manufacturer the blue hot water disc for this model.
