Isn't it because the devolved Scottish government believes it's populace can't be trusted with bulk deals on alcohol purchases..? In fact you should be grateful, rather than 3 for £18 you get 1 for £6 meaning you're not forced to buy more than you need.

they ain't allowed to do the multi deals in Scotland anymore. so you don't get the 3 cases for x amount anymore. been like that for a few years now.
