Not sure, I think it could be something to do with copyright and them reproducing the music.

Yeah I got this for about a tenner too. Must admit, I cleared out all my DVD's a couple of years ago (I only like blu-rays tbh), and this was one of only 2 boxsets/shows I kept on DVD. Figured there will never be a blu-ray and it wouldn't benefit from it anyway. The other I kept was Buffy the Vampire Slayer collectors editions - purely because they cost about £80 a season back in the day (when DVD was brand new) and I refuse to sell them for pennies lol.

love this, shame the music videos have been edited out as I found that the funniest when they talk/sing over the songs.

I'm the opposite I was always clamouring for more cartoons - then the videos kept interrupting. It was the early 90's the last time MTV had much to do with "Music Television" anyway. Also there was a point and click adventure game with these 2 in which was absolutely great. I think they actually made 2. One was almost exactly like the playing through a cartoon the second one was rubbish by comparison but still decent enough.

I tell you; I want to invent a time machine simply to go back and record a perfect copy of stuff like this (and the usual suspects of Star Wars, THX1138) before it gets cut to ribbons or destroyed.
I don't suppose there's a "complete" edition anywhere?

This set does not include the more recent series. All the music videos have been edited out so you just get the cartoons. I believe a selection of the videos are included as extras though.

Does this have the most recent series included or is just the '90s stuff? Also, can anyone definitively say whether or not all the music video segments are included? I'd imagine getting them would be a licensing nightmare.
