Just picked one of these up from the Aldi in Chatteris this afternoon- more were available - had been £19.99, but now reduced again. Just hope it fits my car!
Says it fits most cars except 4x4s with spare wheel fitted to rear.

Lighting board from halfords is £20, anyone know how easy it is to sort out yourself?

Not easy at all on modern cars, what with all the warning lights etc. Its as if they've made it deliberately difficult! The kit is £30ish and if you want it fitted it is halfway to getting a towbar (you are essentially fitting towbar electrics). Might be better actually getting a towbar if it will be used a lot.
Very few use lighting boards. Most lights are obscured.

Not if you've obscured part or all of your lights with bikes they won't!

Looks ok but you'll need a lighting board and electrics putting in your car so add on another £150 if you have it fitted and you'll be good and legal to go.
Failing that just fit it anyway but if somebody drives up your back end your insurance won't pay out :confused:

If somebody drives up your back end it will be their insurance that pays out ! HEAT !!
