I've struggled to get into AC since Black Flag, though that's really only Syndicate as I haven't given this one a chance. I love the French Revolution setting so tempted to break the bank and finally get it!

A user score of 4 on metacritic :disappointed: been cheap for ages on CDKeys.
Dont forget this was the title that made Ubisoft think again about the franchise and not make it a yearly outing.

Bargain for this price. It's one of the worst in the series, but it doesn't mean it's a terrible game. Well worth double or triple the amount for sure. Heat.

The 4 relates to the terrible state of the product upon release. And boy was it bad!!!
The harsh reality is that the PS4 and Xbox are not powerful enough to run AC Unity. AC Syndicate was scaled back and performance was much improved on all formats.
A definite bargain in my eyes as there is loads of fun gameplay in AC Unity.

I already own a physical copy of the game but might be worth 1.49 so I don't have to change discs to play it anymore!

For £1.49 it's a no brainer. Didn't think I'd like going digital but it's so handy, especially when you're round a mates you can just log in, download your games and as the saves are stored in the cloud, carry on as if you're on your own xbox!

I haven't got an Xbox One yet, when does the code expire? I'm thinking i'll get it at this price and hold onto the code till i get the console, unless i can claim the game on my gamertag online?

You don't need a console to redeem the code. You can redeem it against your gamertag now at xbox.com or the mobile app and then the next time you sign in to a console (your shiny new one or a mate's in the meantime) your game will be available to download. You can download it to any console you sign in to as the game is tied to your gamertag not the console.

After the patching was done I think this was my fave AC. Just finishing Syndicate and although the mechanics are great I prefer the story and missions in Unity.

Cheap price but the game is a turd. It was a turd on release, and it was a turd the last time i played it (granted that was a while back, but still, can't see them improving it that much).
Still buying because it's £1.50 and my brother is game sharing, he might like it :P
