I don't think this thread should be expired? Voucher can be used up until end of October 28th. I used a printed version of the voucher.

Voucher in the Metro newspaper. They have Tuna this week, 4 Tins for £2.78 buy 15 tins and get 12% off if you use the Voucher
I don't read the Metro. I prefer sophisticated newspapers, like the Sun and Daily Sport.

If they advertise the voucher/coupon in the e edition of metro then surely they must accept a printed version.
I've never had one refused :-)

doing all my lidl shops in £10 increments atm, those scratch cards are great for filling your cupboards with unwanted tat like digestive biscuits (4 packs) and not very nice burgers (6 packs and counting...)

I use them every time without any bother.. they usually don't scan either so they pull out a proper one & scan that! Think it depends on your store though.

It will work (scan)
It's up to the individual Lidl checkout operator whether they decide to actually scan the printed copy
Some of the recently opened Lidl stores have self-checkouts installed - it should work on them!

Yes, that's correct, needs original, depends on your branch, I think, as some do report here with success, but mine don't accept copy for sure and I even asked by email to Lidl customer services and their official reply was no as indeed reported many times on these threads too by others.

Put up a link, can't find the link to the e-voucher!
How does one manage to spend £40? I guess I'm a uni student so don't spend any more than £20 a go but the prices are so cheap in there!

I've also used e-copies in the past without any problems - I usually clear it with staff first before I load up my trolley. I didn't try last month though as it specified no on-line copies. Be interested to know if this was adhered to?
