I wish they'd do that ebay offer where you got half your converted points back. I could just do with that happening now

Voted hot if you buying something anyways. But pathetic offer tbh if that entice you to buy anything. Equivalent to 2% discount in nectar points.

I see it as a bonus on something that I was going to spend on anyway, rather than spending because of the offer.
2% is the base calculation, based on expected Sainsbury's double up in November could value it between 3-4%. Might not be huge, but in the context you can get things at the lowest/competitive price on eBay, is better than getting nothing at all during the festive spend period.

Not that great as they were offering 6x just last week and frequently offer 10x.

im new to nectar points only got on back in june. I now have almost £40 in Nectar points as i got lucky with the free vouchers from the weekend. Do any stores ever do double the value? So will have £80? cheers

Maximum of £20 doubled to £40 during previous events. You have to convert points into a voucher to be used in a specific department on a limited selection of items. Nowhere near as good as the advertising makes it sound :disappointed:

Not great to be honest, so we get 2% instead of 0.5% back - better than nothing I guess but I wouldn't choose to buy anything other than normal during that time period.

Darn it, nothing for me. 500 points for fueling up at BP though! I've been gaining points purely from Nectar Canvass.

does it show on your ebay or your nectar account?

x4 not really much of an incentive for me.
The recent x10 wasn't bad but Nectar rewards simply ain't that great

No just Sainsbury's instore. Given Clubcard have culled their Clubcard Boost double up event (not ongoing Boost offers) can see that the expected November Sainsbury's double up event may be one of the last, although time will tell.
There's sometimes an ebay redemption promo given a % back in points e.g. 50%, however is nearly always targeted at selected accounts.

I think the recent Nectar weekend where I ended up 'making a killing' affected me :-)
It's still a good deal for many, hence the vote for HOT, I don't vote cold if the deal is not for me. :sunglasses:
But I've gotta spend £52 on ebay this weekend so I'll take the 200 points

If i was to spend £180 on ebay how much points would that get me and what can i do with the points?

180 X 4 = 720 nectar points (worth £3.60).
Many ways you could spend the points. in-store, online, days out, meals out, flights, 500+ top retail brands. It's up to you how and where you want to spend them.
You can save on shopping bill by spending it in Sainsbury's on a nice treat (Redeem your nectar points in increments of £2.50, £5, £7.50, etc). Last time I redeemed 1,000 points (worth £5) on 2 pizzas @ Pizza Express. Only did it once though, won't opt for it again; wasn't what I expected.
