I'm all about saving ££ but I think these bin bags are crap. I tried most supermarket 'brabantia' style bags but the same thing always happens - they split.

I purchased a simple human bin in a sale & it came with some simple human liners. They are worlds apart. They fit the bin, don't tear when taking out of the bin & keep all odours & juices in.

They are pretty expensive (25p per bag) but now I spend less time clearing up bin mess.

Just my two pennies.

you get cheaper ones inn the poundshops, black bin liners from 20 packs to 40 packs for £1, some are crap but I buy the 20 packs and use them everyday for gardening and they are strong enough, I use the 50 or 60 litre ones.

We always buy these, very strong and not had a single one split.

90% reduction in supermarket bags since 5p charge, and 5000% increase in bin bag sales! At up to 25p each, are we going bonkers?

the boxes of kirkland branded black refuse bags at Costco are superb too. really thick and strong.

Thanks for this deal. Bought some of these bin liners today. Always narked me having to buy 50L brabantia ones and having them break.

I have bought these for a couple of years too and cannot fault them - strong and no splitting (for day to day and slightly heavier/bulkier items).

Good strong bags with handles too. Also Costco Chestergates are in process of having fuel station built on site.

Bought these yesterday and have bought them for years - excellent quality and good price even without the discount
