On Steam, you got Ground Zeroes if you pre-ordered The Phantom Pain, not on any consoles though.

Most of it is aesthetic stuff like costumes, so if you're not bothered about anything like that, probably not. Ground Zeroes was on games with gold ages ago, so if you have that, I'd just pick up TPP on the cheap. Great game!

I found Ground Zeroes much more entertaining Than Phantom Pain (albeit it is much smaller in scale), it just had more direction and focus! TPP seriously loses its way, by the time the end credits roll

Yeah the game wasn't complete and tbh im surprised they managed to release the game considering all that stuff that happened with Kojima. Apparently there was an extra mission as well that was missing from the game.

That's not surprising.
Only chapter 1 is complete and the final chapter is missing altogether. There's behind the scenes footage on the limited edition which includes unfinished cutscenes and artwork. You can find it on YouTube.
