Ordered on 3rd Sep.. Been expecting it til i rang them today asking where it was.. They told me it'd not gone thru.. Tried to re-place the order,guy read out a bunch of stuff like terms and conditions thing.. I felt like i might fall in to some trap like if i dont listen carefully i'll be in trouble in future they'll just turn around and say "u said yes on the phone so we'll go ahead and charge u for bla bla". So i said leave it i dont want to order on the phone. Then i went on website.. Logged in, says application for account not been successful, had a rant at the customer service as well.. This is stupid,they are losing customers like this.. Why cant i order and pay when i am like ready to make a payment straight away.. Stupid company

that's right :smiley: or you can pay in installments or pay direct debit etc. they send an invoice with your items then send you a bill a week or so later. I simply pay straight away online. I love studio. their personalised bits are brilliant.
