I have applied the voucher but it doesn't seem to decrease the price...even though i went to the last step before actually ordering... Also didn't apply 15% but only 5% even though I was ordering 5 of those...

Voucher only applies to one item. And you have to subscribe to 5 different items per month to get 15%.

they are all in their original packaging but in a box.. its the box that has been opened/ or damaged. You are still getting the actual wipes as new

It's not just me then!!! I mean I am more than happy with the £9.99, they are double this in the supermarkets but if I can get an extra discount then of course I would not say no!!
