i have never got a delivery on time with amazon yet this year when i joinned prime and they have been anything from 2 days to a week after estimate delivery date.so i will never be paying £79 for prime again as standard delivery is quicker

You should complain, that's main reason you get/pay for prime. When mine have been 1 day late I have contacted them and they have extended prime by another month.

Tempted but not sure I could store all this - We seem to go through loads considering there is only 3 of us. I like the Asda shades but it's not been as good lately and this is cheaper per roll. :smirk:

Still waiting for mine to turn up from about a month ago. Git an email saying they were trying to source them.

have done about 4 times since one said they would investigate, one said that it is delayed by the courier and not their fault even thou dispatch date was 3 days after estimate delivery date and i had one hang up on me,while the 4th person said what do you want me to do about it.

That's terrible. I must be lucky, they've always been great with me.

Wow, I have complete opposite experience to you. Normally deliver on time, sometimes courieres have pulled fast ones and state they've attempted delivery and after a 2 minute chat online, they tell the courier to redeliver that day. Cannot fault em.

Find these toilet rolls breaking too quickly, and sticking on my skin.

For those with Costco membership, 40 of these rolls on offer are around £9.80 (normal price is £11.99)

I agree. Always on time. Just messed with one delivery, contacted 3 times and each time they've extended prime membership by 1 month. I didn't even ask for it! :sunglasses:

I've contacted them about my prime being late but they aren't bothered. I got to the renewal and listed the 27 deliveries which had been late (some by over a week) and they didn't care. They simply said that they were sorry and quoted something about 98% of deliveries being on time and that I was a valued customer. I asked them to cancel my renewal and they did. Not extension, no discount. To be fair I'm happy to save the £79 a year!

Yes you're right, a typo sorry with the 9 next to the 0
Opening post
Still says "Usually dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks" but Amazon usually sends orders earlier then the estimated delivery dates.
I hope this helps someone!

But they do have the 9 Roll reduced for £3.76 to £3.00 until Sunday 25th September
