Note, the 2016 m302 U3 cards are good value for 4k recording for a camera etc. However not recommended for app use, e.g. in an Nvidia shield, phone etc. as the 4k file performance is poor.

You can get the 128gb U3 card for £25 from mymemory last time I checked
For random access, Samsung cards are a good bet, or the new Sandisk extreme plus I got from PCworld (£50 for 128GB).
Both Toshiba U1 and U3 do not have good random speeds.
Sandisk Extreme has good random and sequential speeds. I do not have Extreme plus.
If you are just using the card to store photos or movies as me, the random speed is not important.

Write speed 9 to 10 MB/s, just around C10.
The U3 version has 30MB/s write speed which just reached U3 speed. I have the 120GB U3 version.

I bought the U3 version of this card to expand my 8g Moto G3 memory. Used as phone memory it works really well. I did try a U1 and it wasn't fast enough. Terrible lag.

Yes, I was wondering why the U1 version is labeled "Exceria" - after all the specs are distinctly average to sub-standard. I don't think you can even buy a card much slower than this one.
I don't understand how these Toshiba Cards are so cheap. The same store sells lower spec SanDisk for more. Its the same pretty much with all online stores. Would be interesting to know why.
