These offers are for TopCashback’ new Groceries Section which is powered by Shopitize. I think the best thing for the moment will be to purchase products for both apps on separate receipts until their process is made clear to the members. I have stuck to my Shopitize post layout as it seems to work best...
Some great new offers again this week. Happy shopping, saving & sharing…

I did think to merge them but as they're technically 2 separate companies I thought this way is best...

domchalk you're looking at the old instore grocery section. After the update a new groceries icon appeared showing all of these offers in the same layout as Shopitize at the bottom left...

Anyone know will I be getting cash back if I use the same receipts for shopitize and TCB. For example I buy the happy eggs every week. Thanks.

Hi jiawen you will not be able to double dip on the same products using the same receipt. Plus there are no Eggs this week...

Have they sped this up or is it still a case of waiting 4-5 weeks for the cashback and then it gets denied for no reason?
I prefer the Checkout Smart and Shopitize apps as it's seconds to minutes usually for claims.

I claimed the 70p back from the soup, that was on the previous one. My reimbursement was treated differently- it went straight to 'payable'
Thanks KiKai, more choice is always good

Just had a receipt from 6 weeks ago declined. So they are still declining genuine redemptions.
A receipt I submitted Friday was approved today.

This new groceries section is powered by Shopitize so it is fairly quick xenole...

Ha, I know what mean, wait weeks for it then it get denied, by that time the receipt is long gone to re submit. I often wonder if the Checkoutsmart ones on there are linked to your email address rather than ten being based on submitting a separate receipt.

I don't have a groceries section, only the 5 items mentioned earlier.

Unfortunately the old instore groceries section is very slow and they make a lot of mistakes on genuine claims...

Make sure you have updated the app as they had technical issues which have hopefully been sorted out and then try to login. Yes these are limited to one per offer as with Shopitize...

I've got the Instore groceries showing up but when I go in groceries it's blank. The app is up to date and I've tried logging in and out but nothing showing up.

Ha ha - nice post, but I can't update the app on my 'antique' iphone 4 which is stuck on ios7 and you need ios9 for this new version of app - but hey, I still have the old version with about 5 deals including some strip cheese & apples, but I'm a bit anti-Apple at the moment, so I won't be buying those, or indeed any other 'Apple' products in the near future!
KiKai to snowee
28 Sep 16#33
Ahh that's too bad snowee, it's a shame you cannot claim these offers online like the other Snap & Save offers...
