how do you play these games? does it have to a laptop or pc or can you use xbox or smart tv to play? X x

You'll need a laptop or PC since you need to use Steam.
As for LEGO Movie the Video game it's probably the worst LEGO game in recent times - a little better if you've seen the movie but there are much better ones out there. LEGO Marvel Superheroes is probably the best one on sale.

Depends on who's playing it - I own every Lego game for PC, and while my personal favourites are Marvel Superheroes and Lord of the Rings, every child that has ever played them on my PC prefers the Lego Movie game.
