Not bothering with any more of the bluray releases until the inevitable multi disc, 9 movie trilogy of trilogies box set gets released in a few years time. Disney are worse at milking the franchise than Lucas ever was.

Only because Lucas ran out of time to release them for a fourth time on DVD, to be fair. We had the first DVD set, then we had the original theatrical versions included (had to buy the same trilogy again to get those, and seemingly lazy laser-disc transfers apparently), then we had them in metal tins, then we had them on blu-ray.....all that didn't include the multiple VHS releases. Although I think it's more Fox milking than Lucas - Disney have a lot of catching up to do.

You may want to add where it's from. Also I understand it's 3 discs in U.K. - it's 4 discs in U.S. as the dvd version included over there.

Also, digital? I didn't think Disney did digital in the UK, only US. Happy to be proved wrong! Imported the original Force Awakens steelbook from the US which came with a digital code, managed to redeem it to my UK Google account

It'll never end, as long as they make money Disney will keep pumping them out. Get the Trilogy sets instead :-D

I wanted 3D at release... They can suck it if they think I'm going to buy it again :stuck_out_tongue:
Decent enough price if you held off

3d or 4 k aren't going to make a bad film any better. It's airing on sky at the moment. Just record it off that. It will do the job

Watching a 3D Blu-Ray on my 120" screen enhances the viewing of any film vs watching it in 2D on my 43" tv, so I have to disagree. The 3D makes a huge difference for epic scenery as in Star Wars, but each to their own.

This was inevitable. Nobody forced you to buy the first version :stuck_out_tongue:

They did.
And they convinced me to put the R2D2 & C3PO figures back on the shelf!
