Good way for a company to scam a couple of grand out of the hukd public.

I have a spare 18/20 rainjacket if anyone wants to pay the postage & have it sent to them... I ordered 14-16 & this one in case the sizes were small & now have this one going spare. I'll donate it to charity if no one wants it!

Same email with no mention of the refund. Crap company.

You might end up with my order... Herpes couriers have refused to deliver my parcel due to there being 'no safe place'... yet they were happy enough to smash open the lock on my storage box last week to leave a parcel! I wonder if their refusal to deliver is anything to do with the email I sent to the CEO threatening legal action?? My order is now on its way back to daxon & despite spending 15 mins on hold, I have no idea whether they're actually going to re-send it to me

I ordered 4 coats and received 2 with note saying the 2 items are delayed by 14days?

just rang them as money gone from account and coat is out of stock, they said send in bank statement but they are stopping trading on 18 october

I got an email from Hermes saying my parcel was due for delivery today. Came home to find a parcel with all the usual marketing guff and a piece of paper. No raincoat. Paper said "no stock available"!!!???!??

They posted a box to let me know there was no stock. Oh dear.

Update: Just checked my credit card. The box cost me £2! Grrrrr. I think there may have to be a wee pic sent by email.

It looks as if I will not get mine either, I have had no correspondence at all, and they have not processed my payment, Oh well, cannot win them all.

The only negative i find is that there is no hood on this raincoat? Nice tall collar though x

Edited: I send them an email, and got this answer:
"I'm sorry you've had to contact us about your order for the raincoat. A letter has been sent to advise , due to massive demand for this item we've exhausted our stocks even quicker than we imagined, and I'm sad to say we can no longer fulfil your order".

Just received mine about ten minutes ago! It's lightweight and thin but perfect for back & forth the shop for my mother in law when it's lightly raining. Bargain at 2 quid.

I placed 2 orders. One says processed (in comments 'parcel packed') and the second one is pending.

Sorry for the delay, just checked on Daxon website, mine now says 'processed' so fingers crossed yours will update soon :-)

I haven't looked on the website, I'm only going by the email that they sent... it may still be showing as pending on there - I'll check & let you know!

Looks like they are now being sent out - I had a 'parcel creation notification' yesterday saying that mine is on its way... not sure how long delivery takes, but if they say it's on it's way that's good enough for me!

the stitching is very week and the sizes are wrong. I gave mine away to the poor who can't afford a coat. plus they are very, very thin Mac coats .

Tried to order. Got as far as checkout. Item not in stock but they were still prepared to take a payment. Checked the T&Cs and it says if the item isn't in stock they can send an alternative item. Don't mind waiting for a spare coat but it could be a tactic to offload outdated dross! Heat added for good deal though.
