where do you find the clearance items because these sockets don't come up for me if I search socket set and I want to search for other stuff which might be discounted

Put clearance into the search box. Doesn't get them all but does get loads :-)

Maybe should have said in the search box on the Screwfix site, not on here :-)

Yes, I use Toolstation a lot too, but I find the Toolstation website lacks information, which can be an issue if you are not entirely sure of which item to buy. In comparison, the Screwfix website has good product details plus user reviews, which can be invaluable in avoiding bad purchases.

16mm screws they are tiny what would you want them for?

Some times Wilko pick n mix screw/bolt/washer fill a bag for £1.99 can be handier to get specific hardware .

can someone tell me if the socket set fits anything specific or if its universal? thanks.
