A great range of phones, for less. That's what you get with Like New. Our second hand phones are checked over and securely wiped, so you get a clean slate. If you change your mind, you'll get 14 days to return it just like a new phone.
Step by step guide for this deal
- - -
1) Follow the get deal button, purchase the £49.99 + £40*24 tariff.
2) Receive your brand new phone and sim card.
3) Put the sim card into your phone and go onto myO2 (app or website) and from there request the unlock code.
4) Call 202 from the same sim card as it will make things much easier, go straight to the I want to leave o2 department or something like that (I think it's thinking of leaving us? Press something) as that will connect you with the right people much quicker.
5) Tell the person you want to pay your device in full and cancel the airtime. They will ask you why, tell them you don't think the airtime is a good value for money, but you want to keep the phone because you think it's an outstanding value for money. They will ask you for card details, you tell those details and that's it, they cancel it for you in about an hour.
6) You own the phone from that point, assumed that you have done this straightaway, there won't be any charges, otherwise you will have to pay as much airtime as you have used.
7) Unlock code will come through in about 2 to 48 hours.
:sunglasses: In first month they might take the airtime from your bank account through direct debit because they generate the bill the next day you apply for a contract, don't be scared as this will be refunded the next month, if not, call them again.

Looks like it's gone up to £399, yep. It was £349 up until recently, so maybe if they have stock left it's worth keeping an eye on in case it drops again, perhaps even further.

It's worth noting the S6 Edge is just £60 more new from Carphone Warehouse. Given this phone has been out a while, a second hand one could have pretty faded battery life, whatever the exterior condition is. If you're planning on keeping it a while, might be worth bearing in mind?

Rather pay the extra for a brand new unlocked handset.
I have the S6 Edge and regret buying it! Slow laggy keyboard when typing, phone sometimes locks up & weird noise from the camera (Been told it's the focus)...Wouldn't recommend it, get an LG or Sony. I know I certainly will be!
Opethian to Segstar18

Don't get an LG, not yet at least until the V20 comes out. They're currently experiencing a worse time than Samsung with a mental 6 week waiting time backlog for the G4 boot loop and G5 **** issue.
Don't get a Sony as you will be paying premium for what essentially are lower specs than the rest of the major brands. It's mental, you'd think that Sony would be the only company to even be on par with Apple.
Both LG and Sony also don't hold their values compared to other brands. Both LG (save for the V10 and probably the V20) and Sony have really awful audio headphones performance as well.
I'm on the fence right now. I was waiting for a Note7 pre-order from Very, but with the massive battery issue, I'll only consider getting a Note7 if it's significantly lower in price, comes with Android 7.0 nougat AND the VR kit.
Annoyed that Asus is not going to be releasing the Zenfone 3 series here in the UK as well. Citing "the Brits love their small phones" PFFFT

Don't get a Sony, I have z3 compact and it is crap, battery life no where near as advertised, small storage and you can barely install anything to actual sd card so you have permanently full drive, back cracked while in case a week into owning, GPS is barely usable and has almost got me into an accident twice

I have owned the s6 and z5 and now the s7 edge. My s6 had a problem with the autofocus my z5 kept heating up and was horrible. My s7 edge on the other hand is excellent no problems at all. Plus the advantage with the Samsung over the others built in call blocking so no more nuisance calls, plus none of that snapdragon overheating rubbish either.

Word of caution: found a nasty surprise in my statement today, early cancellation fee of £571.
They've been quick to say they'll pay it me back (in the next 3 working days) but there's no promise from them to pay any fees incurred.
I'm sure I'm the rare case, but definitely worth keeping an eye out in the month following cancelling the air time contract and paying off the phone.

This is a Refresh deal HUKD-style, where you pay off the Device plan in full (phone only) & completely cancel the Airtime (calls+texts+data) part.
Of course, you're free to keep the O2 Airtime part as well, but look at the overall costs before doing this & that you'll be tied in for 24 months.
Some come unlocked & some locked with these like new/refurb ones, but O2 will unlock it for free if needed - see the OP's main deal post for instructions.

I've got a plain S6 and the wife has an S7 edge. The S6 is a really nice phone, well built, good camera and still fast. I don't like TouchWiz, but you can hide most of it by changing the launcher (Nova is my favourite). My only issue with it is the battery life isn't great. With the battery being so small, it does charge bloody quick with QC2 though. After a year and a half of serious abuse (discharging to the bottom most days and baking it in the sun for hours at a time, using it as satnav on my motorbike in a waterproof case), the battery is still fairly healthy. If I haven't manged to kill the battery yet, I suspect these phones are probably going to be OK for a while.
The S7 edge is the same, but better in just about every way. The camera is amazing and the battery lasts much longer... The 'edge' does make the phone a little narrower, which makes is easier to palm, but it can sometimes screw with navigation when you're gripping it and I'm pretty sure it'll be easier to damage. It looks cool, but I think 'edge' is more novelty than useful.
