Because people looking for the cheapest way to get their hands on a current Android flagship will be desperately seeking a way to spend twice that on an iPhone, right?

Yes, keeps coming & going all the time, so keep checking everyday & for as many days as you have the patience or a better deal is posted.

This came back in stock a few days ago (and quickly out of stock again) so worth checking up on every now and again. I was anticipating there to be a few scrapes, but the one I received was in immaculate condition. It comes in a plain box, and with only the USB charger cable. Am very pleased with this phone.

Many thanx, didn't know that.
I bought the new S7 from the other refresh deal from O2 from couple of weeks ago , fantastic phone , set up , paid for device, cancelled airtime and unlocked for free within a matter of few hours. This deal is also good.

As far as I know don't O2 unlock for free?
Crossbow to ciderno1
8 Sep 16#40
Yes, but only contract phones. For PAYG....
"If you're on Pay As You Go, your O2 phone can be unlocked 12 months after you bought it. It'll cost you £15, which we'll deduct from your airtime balance."
Different if it was an iPhone:
"If you’ve got an iPhone, you’ll need to connect it to iTunes once you’ve put a non-O2 sim into the iPhone. iTunes will then tell you the phone is unlocked."
Are there any other Samsung phones impacted?
No other Samsung smartphones are impacted. This issue is with Galaxy Note7 only.

I only wish this was true. if it was the government would have a budget surplus not having to pay for the natives housing benefits and ESA or as they call it my pay cheque.

I know, I posted the deal, and that wasn't my point anyway. the suggestion was a better deal was found, i asked to know what that deal was, and preempted any suggestion of a refresh deal.

would love to see the better deal, ideally one which doesn't use convoluted O2 refresh.
blackrat62 to DocRobotnik

This doesn't use the O2 refresh - its PAYG.

For a 2nd hand phone, feels like it should be £300-350, guess its still too early days need the galaxy 8 or iphone 7 drum roll to bring prices down still perhaps.
