Please do not buy this crap. I bought it thinking its Russell hobbs, can't be that bad.
The fact is this is very poorly made flimsy pans for B&M. Non stick coating is non-existent after few weeks.
Both Russell Hobbs and B&M should be ashamed !!

Exactly the same thing happened when I used my mum's for an omelette. She then told me she has to put more oil than usual to stop things sticking...

id agree with that - i have same set and only had 3-4 months and everything sticks to them - not a good set of pans for the money - i only got them because they fit induction hob

If overheated, any non-stick coating will quickly fail. The teflon ones can last for years if used with respect, or fail after a couple of uses if overheated. Since ceramic also loses it's non stick properties after over heating to a similar level, I've just not bothered trying one.
Since I'm not the only one using the frying pan, what I really fancy is a non-stick coating that withstands about 100°C more than current pans, just to make it more idiot proof. As far as I can tell, such coatings don't exist. Even when they say safe for overheating, that only means it doesn't break down into some toxic compounds. It does not mean the non stick still works.

aluminium pans, once the ceramic coating is chipped you'll be eating aluminium...not good for your health. Buy the heavier steel pans. Pricer though.

I bought a set of cheap ones on groupon and, surprise, surprise, they were crap. Not worth buying budget versions of this stuff. You may as well spend a bit extra on better non-stick pans.

I've got these, they are rubbish. were fine for about 10/15 uses then everything just started sticking to them. Better off putting your £10 towards a decent fryng pan

wife went nuts when I gave it to her as a birthday present.
that said it's still non stick, though very burnt, its stainless steel core and base, quite heavy though.
