Don't bother going to the Carmarthen store.
One on the tills taking orders AND getting them all together and one making the burgers.
Not a staff problem, but a tightfisted management one.

Breakfast at Burger King. And people still wonder why third of the Brits are obese.

Anyone aware of branches in Birmingham partaking in this offer?
No information available on the net....

Never been able to use these at Blackburn but the Bolton store are great with them and Preston Brook no issues.

anyone with issues I'd give them a review on TripAdvisor. that way BK head office and the general public can see it. also an email to the address on the receipt usually gets you an apology and a free meal on your return. I very rarely have really bad service enough to complain but on the instances I have they have been helpful. KFC was the worst though they didn't apologise or replace any cold food when they messed up a £20 takeaway order.. they really did not give a toss.. just a sorry you had a bad experience.

I'm sorry, but you are wrong. The manager has no say, you are set a target and you have to hit it no matter how much you complain or protest. The manager is the fall person, these company's want to make as much money as they can, they don't care about you. Most of the time the managers are actually the only ones who do care about the service they give and often take the flak and abusive from people like you who assume it's the "managers fault". Assumptions are lethal.

The best deal is always the one you get on the back of the reciept - you can get a full Whopper meal for £2.52 once you've filled in the survey. That's normally better value for money than any offers they put on the app or voucher sheets (this one has just a whopper and fries for £2.99)
preecey to HUKDposter

I use that offer myself - far more than the app/printed vouchers.
Except in my local it comes to £2.78, slightly further away in other franchises it's £2.58.

Is it the manager? Or is it their superiors pulling the strings and telling them to cut down hours or work to tighter budgets? Pretty unfair to presume it's solely the managers fault.

I totally agree! And the Llanelli store is equally as bad. They're different franchises to the ones on Swansea and I find those to be alright.
Every time I visit Carmarthen and Llanelli BKs, something is always wrong. Most of the time they give me a paper bag even though I told them I'm eating in, and they often don't fill the bag of fries full enough. I'm sure I counted around ten fries once.

Used a few of these at drive through and never once been asked to show code, just tell them you have code when ordering and they just charge the reduced price without asking to see it

As someone said earlier, the Metro free newspaper (found on buses and trains usually) has a ton - typically 24 - of these vouchers in their Thursday editions. They'd been repeating the same set of vouchers for weeks (with the same early September expiry date each time), but just changed them last week with a new voucher expiry date - 31st October 2016 - too.
One slightly bizarre voucher in the Metro ad is 9 nuggets for 99p...but it's for the app only (so the paper version is useless)! Further down is another paper voucher for 6 nuggets for 99p (not for the app, so can actually be used in its paper form) - so the paper one is the worse deal.
BTW, the Metro ad also mentions that BK now do home deliveries, though the minimum order is 14 quid...

The nearest one to me (Seaton Burn Services, Newcastle) Surprisingly, for a service station takes part in these app/voucher offers however the buns are always stale. Variable quality is my only gripe with BK.
There used to be a downloadable .pdf list of participating restaurants. Can't seem to find it now for some reason :disappointed:
Great deal though! Thanks!

quite often the staff member will try and stop me activating the code. they know the codes off by heart and will try and save your voucher for you for another time. this is at two seperate BKs in edinburgh.
i was working in london recently and could not find a single BK that was taking part in this offer. was disappointed.

Which branches did you visit?
I think none of the mainline branches accept these ( e.g Marylebone, Victoria ( albeit I'm not sure about the coach station branch), Fenchurch Street, etc....)

The manager is responsible for telling his/her superiors whether the staff can cope or not, therefore if the shop isn't staffed sufficiently, I put it down to the manager.
