It's a good game, really it is. OK, it's not quite Skyrim, but I really enjoyed my time playing TESO and plan to go back to it soon.
The Gold Edition includes...

- DLC game packs:
- Imperial City
- Orsinium

The regular edition is £8 at tesco at the moment. I'm unsure which is better, I've read crowns are really important? I don't want to spend too much. I wanted to be in the dark brotherhood though

Anyone know why the prices for xbox1 Elder Scrolls Online are so expensive compared to the ps4, at Game, and I assume elsewhere?
I had the original, got the 5500 crowns last night as soon as the offer was announced and bought the dlc pack. Was going to get another 5500 and get the latest dlc for 1500 as thats not included but only seems to be a dungeon that one so might give that one a miss.
Going back on the game after about a year of not playing - its changed quite a bit. Plus its one of the first native 4k games on the pro

mind as its getting support for the ps4 pro i might pick up the ps4 version
game £8 from cex and £12 for the DLC pack which works out at £20 so will think i will do that, as it would cost 22.99 to upgrade my xbox one version

The ESO Gold Edition also includes the Palomino horse mount (shown above) and 500 crowns for those with a new game account to spend on anything in the in-game Crown Store. The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Edition is available for $59.99 USD in the official ESO Store and at select retailers.
For existing players who have yet to jump into the DLC Game Packs, the Guilds & Glory DLC Mega-Pack is now available, offering all four major DLC game packs in a single bundle for a special low price via the in-game Crown Store. Players can now instantly get access to all of the great content in Imperial City, Orsinium, Thieves Guild, and Dark Brotherhood for only 5,500 Crowns (the original price for all four DLC game packs was 9,500 crowns.)
Well you posted a link to 5,500 crowns. Do you have a link to the offer?

bit of a grind in this game, and the story doesn't really capture your imagination. a lot of running about doing what feels like fetch quests. still a good game, but the biggest disappointment was that it doesn't work well as a co-op game, you can group up but the quests don't work well as a group, hopefully something that they'll improve.
Not sure to be honest, but the DLC is priced as follows...
- Imperial City (2500 Crowns)
- Orsinium (3000 Crowns)
- Thieves Guild (2000 Crowns)
- Dark Brotherhood (2000 Crowns)
My maths makes that 9,500 Crowns. You'd be 4000 short for all the content. What's the price of 5500 Crowns these days?

Going by your link. It would be £23.96 before you have the base game, Palomino horse mount and the additional 550 Crowns. I'm going to have to answer no unfortunately :sunglasses:
