Seems like a good deal. I am not sure whether to go for the 1tb model on Amazon with FIFA and an extra DS4. It's 309 but I have a student discount of 10% and could sell the extra ds4 and Fifa.

I did the same back in January bought a StarWars Battlefront Bundle managed to sell the game for just over £30 and the Steelbook for just over £10 made the console just under £200

Just size from what i can gather and slim has no optical out so no good for me and home cinema

There are only 3 major differences...
1: Slim is slightly smaller but not by much
2: Slim is quieter when playing intense graphics games (i.e. Uncharted 4)
3: Slim has no Optical port.
Everything else is the same, it still gets just as hot, has all the same specs for GPU/CPU etc, if you don't mind the older model being slightly louder then its best to grab that model if you can grab it cheaper.

This seems like a v good deal if you're after a ps4. New slim supports 5ghz WiFi but doesn't mean faster WiFi. Heat from me.

The slim has much faster WiFi chip.
The one on original was so outdated even on launch, so download speeds were very slow.comparredto other devices.
This is the main advantage of the slim comparred to the original yet most people don't know about it.
But the original has better build quality.

are you definitely getting all 3 games. fifa 17, uncharted 4 and r-c with it? when I initially looked at tesco site I thought it was a choice of the 3. I did add and it does show the discount but are they honoring it ok ?

Yeah it's not a glitch, that's just how Tesco show their deals for some reason. It's probably in the hope that some people will only add one game without realising they can have all three for free

If it can achieve 2/3 the speed of a wired gigabit connection it's a good thing for those that can't or won't go wired

The original playstation 4 was the B chassis which has the gloss top. The c chassis is the complete matt black runs a bit quieter and more power efficient
