I got killed while trying to order on Argos. Every variation sold out as I added them to basket and my reservation wasn't accepted either T-T (sorry, i just needed to rant as my sisters have had enough of it here and walked out the room lol)

Lol I got one from Argos with uncharted 4, Fifa and the console for £149 for my bf for xmas. He later informed me I had missed a better deal for £179 with a larger console and extra controller!! Hard to get this deal stuff right!!

I tried that, added it all to basket but it says it's out of stock when you try to pay during checkout and tries to just charge you full price for the games. Won't let you actually buy it!

I got that too. Says my local warehouse is out of stock. I'm in Birmingham to help ppl avoid frustration. Maybe in another region it is still available for home delivery

So far, no. Everyone's has been cancelled. Only one person has had payment taken but waiting for them to update as to whether it ships or gets cancelled.

I'm guessing that Grainger Games is run by a bunch of smelly hippies looking to cash in on the run on PS4s yesterday by getting a load of site traffic when they never had any stock.

My order with Grainger was cancelled probably like everyone else but I've noticed that they have taken the money from my account rather than refunded it. Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah they cancelled mine but took the money. My Grainger Games account says the money has been refunded so I expect it will show up on my credit card account at some point next week. Great paying by credit card because if the money doesn't show up by the end of the week, a quick call to the bank will get the money put back in by the bank

This. Using credit card on stores like this is ideal. Also agree that usually takes a few days for payment to be aken out and same for it to be paid back in so this is normal. But do keep an eye on it.

I think that it means that they have dispatched the refund

If you click 'view' (the orange button to the right) and then scroll down, next to price it will say 'refunded'.

I think they marked the items dispatched so their systems shows it has been dealt with and doesn't bother them or their stats on turnaround time.
