I tried the order code and couldn't get the right Fifa, and searching told me none available. So what I did was...add the ps4 Lego bundle and Fifa, then removed the lego bundle. If you go further down the page on the lego bundle you can 'view offer' and add it there

Ye I noticed you can subscribe out ratchet and clank for the other offer games.

Went for no man's sky as has the best private resale value I think.

The extra controller was only a valid offer against the 1tb version and a slimline which was £300.

So I reserved the c chassis 500gb with fifa and no man's sky for £149

Finally got it to work. For whatever reason FIFA wasn't adding to the basket properly. it was either adding the Deluxe version or a pre-order version. I'm going to chalk it up to the site likely getting hammered.

No 1TB consoles in stock near me though.

It doesn't seem to be properly indexed on their website yet. I expect tomorrow the preorder version will be removed.

Morning, on the Q&A section it is reported as being a CUH-1216A B01Y so a C chassis. It is probably more difficult to find the previous model with the touch sensitive eject button. Went for 500gb (no 1tb left) with Unchartered and FIFA 17.

Why are so many people doubting this! It's a genuine deal, listed on the website...which people have had delivered or have collected. I rang customer services this morning and they are well aware of the deal! No, it's not a glitch, i don't know why people are thinking it is - it's just limited (older) stock, the offer is listed on the argos site, and they're making room for the new slim and pro models.

She was just being nice and took the controller you ordered as part of a bundle and refunded you full price for it, and then gave you the new one at full price on a new receipt, it's the easiest way to exchange as they have to monitor stock levels, they can't just 'swap it'.

Personally, i think what you've done is pretty low, and when people complain about staff being jobsworths, or lack of customer support, then this is a prime example of why they put measures in to protect themselves, and why you are less likely to be given goodwill gestures in future.

This is similar to buying a multipack of pepsis and asking staff to swap out a few for cherry cola,then you noticing that the cherry cola's they've put in are individuals, so you travel to their sister store and ask for a refund on the pretence that you've bought them 'off the shelf' per se.

Don't know if it's fraud or not, but it's certainly bad way of behaving, for me personally anyway.

I also added a controller so this will need to be removed and you will have to combine the two to see if bundle price applies. Nope, worked great - thanks for that!! Couldn't believe it was so easy.

Picked up reservation, asked for a different controller, picked gold, then got a receipt that said 'Item ordered in error' and a receipt for 49.99. I then said i didn't want the controller, and they were happy to return.

I asked if i could swap FIFA too, couldn't believe it - they said yes... So swapped for Unchartered 4, again, receipt came back with that for 46 quid.

They asked if i was happy with Ratchet and Clank, and i said Not really, would be nice to play the other Unchartered games before the 4th one - so they swapped that out with Nathan Drake collection, got a receipt for that too for 25 quid.

The guy then asked me if i'm happy with the black ps4, as they do have white ones (I think he knew i was quite fussy) - so took him up on that offer too, again, swapped it out and i had a receipt for it - Think it was about 270 quid or something, by this point i had stopped counting.

Manager came out at this point, and i'm thinking "uh-oh", but he was lovely too, let me crap on their desk... all over the fast track logos, and across the serving counter. Offered me his wife for the night, but i declined, but he was so insistent we agreed that she can cook me tea tonight (They were having steak and chips yum!). He also said i could take his car home to save my legs, and i can just dump it somewhere and he'll come find it later.

So, He went off, i said farewell, the original guy then put my stuff in the bags, but i had a change of heart at that point, so i said "You know what... i don't think i want any of this, can i have a refund on it all?"

He said "Sure, have you got the receipts i just gave you?"

Me "Yes, here they are..."

So they refunded me 390 quid or whatever it worked out in the end. Well, i had to get some toilet roll, so it was just under that in the end.

This morning I picked up the Star Wars bundle that I had reserved on Wednesday night and I mentioned about the Fifa game, they let me have it free even though I hadn't reserved it :smiley: My daughter's going to be happy on Christmas Day, I'd never have been able to afford one without the offer.

Picked up last night no problems. Even got them to swap the controller for a V2 one s I missed that being part of the deal. Already sold my 500gb (swapped with the 1TB in this deal) with FIFA 17 for a stupidly higher amount than I paid for this deal. Higher capacity console, newer controller (both now under a new warranty) & a profit in doing so.

Just went to store and said my boy is not happy with gold controller and two games. Swapped fifa game for Uncharted 4 (+£1 more expensive), swapped Ratchet game for Uncharted Nathan Drake (-£3 cheaper), asked for swap gold controller for v2 controller. The controller v2 is £10 cheaper from today (-£10) . They refunded to my card £12. I have received new receipt for two games and one controller. Went to other Argos store and I have asked to return all 3 items. They refunded : £39,99 for v2 controller, £46,99 for Uncharted 4 and £24.99 for Uncharted Nathan Drake. All £111.97 plus £12 earlier = £123,97 refund same as your discount on your first receipt. Result; for my PS4 I have paid £56.02.

Just thinking now. Do I really need this PS4? If I return will get back further £179,99 :smiley: No I will keep it.

No I have had two separate reservations (one for console and one for other 3 items) came out as bundle at the end.I have paid in store .The lady at till did noticed some promotion applied on receipt but didn't ask any questions at all. I have had small piece of paper with new product codes (to exchange) . She just swapped for me and refunded £12 difference. Then you know the story...

so go and ask for exchange first and then with new receipt go to other store and return items you do not need. if you ask for exchange I am sure they will not investigate about their mistake . they might do it if you decide to return your bundle items.

Hi all, just for anyone who, like me, put the bundle on reserve on Fri and then extended collection time because one part of the bundle needed to be ordered in (for me it was the Ratchet & Clank game) I went to pick up today and was told like other hukd members that the deal had been an error and been cancelled. I had reservation numbers for all 4 parts of the bundle and a screen shot of the offer and after around 10 mins the lady came back and said they had been told to honour it. I can honestly say I didn't have to argue at all - if you're in the same boat please don't be put off trying!!!

I picked up my PS4 500Gb, Fifa 17 and unchartered 4 today , cost £149, which was an amazing deal but it got even better!

They handed over a PS4 slim 500gb model instead of the older type one! Woohoo
