Their phones aren't half bad so this should be great!
Maybe Heron went and stocked up on loads :stuck_out_tongue:

These are a real let down. They have very little taste and they feel grainy in the mouth. Imagen finding sand in your ice cream.
Avoid.

The free promo came across as a bit of a sham really. I tried the Large waitrose in Bath, as well as 2 different Holland & Barrat stores in Bristol (I tried all of these 3 separate times), and none of them had stock. Waitrose were supposed to get stock in, but strangely they were having "stock issues" with Oppo - funnily enough when the promo was over it came back in stock again!
Coincidence? I think not.

Sorry to Phil, Wigga_K and Fergmeister as it sounds like you got one of the 2.5% of our tubs that were affected by a third party freezer (which couldn’t take the summer heat, literally) and therefore the texture wasn’t as creamy as Skwintie rightly says it normally is. Because we want every tub to taste epic we gave our fans and consumers the chance to get a free one. We’ve now got new stock in stores - if you get a chance to try one from a Co-Op, Waitrose or Holland & Barrett now it will taste and feel as it should! We can’t quite afford a free one but you can get a £1 voucher on our website (promise not to spam you with emails!): http://www.oppoicecream.co.uk/voucher
Many thanks,
Harry (Oppo ice cream)

You could still submit this on Shopmium, and get 50p cash back. Doesn't matter where you bought it.

The texture is off because they had a few bad batches. That's why they gave them away free and now selling them off cheap. Normally it's a very smooth ice cream.

Got some from Hull, Calvert lane last week and never thought to post.
Had some yesterday and it's not bad tasting, but the texture is definitely a bit off. 38 kcal per scoop though, so I suppose that's why!
Maybe Heron went and stocked up on loads :stuck_out_tongue:

This is massive for low-carbers. Anyone on a low carb, keto, paleo, Atkins style diet will love you forever for pointing them at this.
There's actually a £2 off voucher floating around by way of an apology, but I don't suppose Heron are participating or they'd be paying you £1.01 to clear their stock!

Yeah I tried these, a bit like eating a mouthful of cold custard powder.
