They did the same for me when I ordered around 40 Dove 250ml shower cream with other bits. They classified me as a Trader. I would not have mind if they cancelled the order but in my case they took the payment and blocked my account resulting in a drama to process the refund. Had to complain to CEO office when the refund was processed together with a £30 gift card as apology as they did not even call to inform me that I will not receive the order leaving me waiting for the order for 2 hours.

They have also cancelled my account,
The voice mail said I didn't meet their terms and Con it ions,
They didn't believe they were for my self.
I had ordered quite a few for friends and family.

Just had tel call, all my orders cancelled,

No cream for me. I had a missing item and was overcharged by £25.00 for the other item I ordered. Spent about 1 hour 30 minutes trying to get a refund, Kept being passed to different CS staff. Was told I would be contacted tomorrow evening about refund. Really annoyed and have made a written complaint.

Been in store and showed online price they honoured price 75p got 8 £200 worth for £6

I got a call to say my ordered items were all OOS!

Went to collect and were all the tea tree masks!
Got full refund, oh well.

Ordered and the email confirmation read as follows:

"If any of the items below are unavailable, we will provide a substitution as an alternative

*The total cost shown is an estimate and may differ slightly from the amount you pay. This is because some of your items may need to be weighed and we may have substituted unavailable items. The total cost shown includes the discount from any evouchers you have entered at the checkout."

So they may not sell the items at that price and provide a substitute. If that's the case, depending on the item, will ask for refund.

Hi all, I did place an order for over £40.00 +£1.00 delivery. So what happens when they are unable to provide the goods I ordered? Do they offer another alternative that you don't want or just say the item is out of stock?. Will see what they deliver.

I use Olay Regenerist brand, most of them are in 50ml range.

since these are usually 75p- £1.50 it seems your more likely to end up with these, which match the description, though perhaps because the title clearly states another product you could dispute it

i'd say anything bigger than 75ml is getting towards a normal size where you wouldn't have to think about re-ordering another one a week after opening it. but 50ml is pretty small.

Well, this could be old stock clearance in available stores while the £20 is new stock.No harm in trying.
