For the Groupon code to work you have to use the local section:

Search for Ocado following that link and use a new groupon account, they will allow you to enter the code, if you go via the direct Ocado link in the op it wont allow you to enter the 30% off code.

So if you sign up a new costumer you get a £20 off voucher from your new order in Ocado, can I combine that voucher with the Groupon deal you think?

I created a new Groupon account and the code worked however during debit card authorisation it came up with an error code and then went back to my basket saying code was only for new customers. So bought vino with this one and the missus is very happy. She is a fan of Kumala Zenith Merlot Cabernet Shiraz but there are a number of others discounted - Normally £7-£8. Does anyone know where on Ocado to check your current Smart Pass validity.
When I go to smart pass it doesn't show me that I have 6 months valid pass.

thanks op, was going to order from them using the £20 voucher until I saw this. Just wanted the printer ink which was a bit steep but this made it much better. HP are cheeky for disabling compatible inks, so have to buy originals which are 3 times more expensive

When I try to buy from groupon it's saying to me, £80 of shopping costs £59 it's not charging me £41. What am I doing wrong or the deal has finished

There is a code of SAVE10 which will get £10 off meaning the £40 shop costs £19 via Groupon

It's 20£ off your first shop with Ocado anyways. They give you a free voucher code on their website. I'm not sure why this deal is hot since it's best deal is £21 off and you have to shop £80

It was because, with the 30% groupon code, it was £41 for £80 shopping.

Anyone phone after getting cancelled. Did they reinstate order? Prob because not a first time customer or used same address. Ocado are funny with new accounts on same house.

I've opened a second ( or third ) account at the same address for this. My Delivery is coming tonight.

Messed up the 30% off, managed to do it when it had been disabled and got the £10 off instead, plus hopefully TCB for ocado and groupon. Ordered a load of nappies and wipes and coffee - a combination easy to understand for any other new-ish parents. Excellent stuff, thanks OP.

Groupon changing the T&Cs after publishing them and not telling anyone? You're joking! That's never happened before!

Good luck getting a refund. They don't offer them, even when they're at fault. Horrible customer service, and is the reason I only use PayPal with them.

And yet I've had four separate refunds from them without any trouble at all. And just for changing my mind about the deals.

Wondering if anyone can help as the Ocado agent was very robotic in his response on the phone this morning...

I got the 60 voucher for 30.80 and spent just a little over 60, which with bags meant a charge of 87p to my debit card.

When the delivery came, one of the eggs was cracked so they're taking that off my bill... Which is £1.75. Nevermind the fact I was missing a fajita seasoning pack so that's another 50p, this is more than was being charged to my debit card.

Long and short, I'm worried they're not going to use the voucher I applied to my shopping and will instead charge the amount to my card. Anybody had a similar experience to me who may be able to shed light on this ? Tia

Had mine delivered last night...the guy says "hi, I know it's not your first order as I've been here before!" He really wasn't bothered though haha, he was wondering how people had got massive shops for so little money. Going to try it again now with WELCOME :smile:

Total con. Tried 2 addresses that I know for a fact are not previous customers and STILL not recognised. Spoke to Ocado who were no help whatsoever and now waiting on Groupon......................2 days and nothing from them!
