I feel funny. prime now supposes to delivery NOW. why do I need prime now if I don't want it now.

Or run out of toilet roll at an inconvenient moment. Although you'd still need to answer the doorbell.

You can check on any mp3 page, but from your link, click on any of the music tracks under the text, then on the music page, under where you 'add to cart' there's another link that says "More Options", click that and select 'Add gift card or promotion code'.
The popup will show you your Amazon music credits - which is the same balance as your digital credits.
It's not too difficult to find, but I don't know why Amazon can't make it easier. Digital credits have been around for a while now.
You can also use the credits to purchase eBooks, but they don't seem to tell you if you're about to use your credits or real cash until you've purchased.

I've not been able to find a direct URL that displays the balance. Only found this link which doesn't give a simple readout of your balance without going though a process (which I've still not been able to view my balance with):

But its free returns with amazon on clothing they make a big thing about it so if the items do not fit what's the problem ? I sometimes buy 2 different sizes as i dont know what size will fit as i'm not in store to try it on and return the one that does not fit.

I'd say 8 non-faulty returns in 9 months is quite a lot, considering Amazon is not exclusively an online clothing retailer (who fully expect a high return rate). Amazon has a generous returns policy on faulty items, but clearly will not encourage your window shopping!

Waiting longer for deliveries is the price you pay for living in such a nice part of the world. I was trying to say (not very well) that maybe it costs them more to send to the highlands - maybe that's why you don't get the 'perks' and maybe why they have less frequent pickups for those areas.

I don't think the credit is that great for me as I don't use it often enough and mine always ends up expiring.

Im getting very cautious with Amazon. I recieved an email from them saying that i have incurred a high returns % with them and would like me to explain the reasons or they may CLOSE my account!

Ive just totaled up the returns ive done this year and out of 63 purchases in 2016 i have 8 returns, most of which are items of clothing which didn't fit.

Ive pre ordered the amazon Dot but i just feel now that i dont want to invest more into the Amazon eco system when they can so easily close you out of it. Ive looked on line and there are quite a lot of accounts been closed by amazon and when they do you loose all Prime(which i am) any kindle books, any gift vouchers you have, any credit you have you loose the lot.

Cold as clearly misleading. Also, Prime Now isn't available everywhere...

If you actually look at what I said; you will see I said that I didn't expect next day delivery. What I do object to, however, is the length of time it takes for my items to be dispatched (ie: the time it takes them to leave the Amazon Warehouse), and the fact I have no option of no rush credits, because all my deliveries are treated as standard delivery by default.
Incidentally, I continued with my prime for so long because they assured me time and time again that the delays in shipping from the warehouses were isolated incidences, and they also said that I should put trust in them to get it right, and that my concerns were being addressed and I should be patient......
Anyway, I'm kind of digressing here; its a big off topic so i will stop mi amazon rantin.... lol :laughing:

Im a prime member, but because I live in the Highlands I am not entitled to prime delivery or no-rush delivery credits.
I don't expect 'next day' delivery but when it's often 3 or 4 days before my order is even dispatched it does get very frustrating. I have raised my concerns with them multiple times, but have been waiting months to find out why pay for prime but receive what is essentially still a non-prime level of service.
Luckily my prime runs out on Monday so my money wasting frustration will be over, but as someone who spends several thousand pounds on items from them every year, I can't help but feel some sort of priority/loyalty scheme would be a better option, than just relegating my location as a non-priority region.

Is everyone here still drunk? No one seems to make sense.

It's annoying that they changed it. I find the easiest way is to go to full browser and click on any chart CD. On the right click more options and then add gift card and it opens a page with your credit amount on.

Go to any mp3, click on apply promotional credit (or something like that) under the buy box and it'll tell you how much you have there. This also works with instant video but I sometimes have video only credit which artificially raises the total. This method is lacking in detail but is accurate.

Can't get Amazon prime now in my area. Give me back the digital credits!

yea, I got offered this on a £2.34 order, never took it though as wasnt fussed, strangely though never got offered on another order which contained the same items as the first order plus an extra item so it may be hit and miss if you get it
