Got a voucher advertising this deal. Spend £10 in Sainsbury's and get 200 points plus chance to win 500-5000 bonus points. 8-11 September. I suspect most people will get this, keep a look out.
Not local stores, petrol stations or online.

I got this the last couple of weeks before i got a "800 points for a £40" when filling up the tank a few days ago. I don't normally spend £40 so not sure if it's worth my while.

These often tend to get distributed via the Nectar app. Worth installing just for that - although nowhere near as good as it used to be.

also on ebay spend five quid plus and get a surprise amount of points. might be account specific

If it's like swipe and win it will be good... but when they say 'chance to win' I suppose there's a chance you won't! But if you have to wait to see if you got any bonus points, then no immediate gratification, less fun and less likely to spend lots of money!

You always get 200 points

Managed to get a few bonus points recently, including last weekends 10x offer. All I need now is a double up in store offer to actually spend them on something

It's a shame when you double up that you can't buy the things like hair care so I have to buy my hair care at boots or ASDA

Great! Sainsburys shop next weekend. How many split transactions do you think they will allow?

If it is the same as last time great. Loved it. Got loads of points iirc the min was also 100 or 200, so if it starts at 500 that's even better.

Mmmmm I must be to loyal nothing in my nectar offers as good as the above guess will have to switch to somewhere else and see if anything better crops up to tempt me back as I have a feeling they monitor your average weekly spend.

hi, Is this voucher given after doing shopping in Sainsbury? Ive spent today £9 but did not get anything like that... Is it given at random or perhaps some min. spend is required to get it?...
For those who use Nectar at Homebase - just had this email
A fond farewell
After 7 years together, Homebase is leaving Nectar. So, as of the 31st of December you'll no longer be able to collect or spend your points
in-store or online.
But fear not, with plenty of other partners to discover, you'll be sure to find a new favourite. Whether it's redecorating with Argos. Landscaping with Dunelm. Or freshening up your space with Debenhams, House of Fraser and Laura Ashley.* The choice is yours!

So looks like I will have even less reason to use Nectar

The last time this was on it was called 'Swipe to Win' and it ran for just 3 days from 5th-7th February. The OP's dates above mention 4 days so this is different. Also there is no advertising at my local store whereas last time it was everywhere.
Opening post
